Overview

Mounting allows certain job classes to ride creatures for increased movement speed. Knights and Crusaders can ride Pecopecos, while their third-class counterparts have access to even more powerful mounts.

Requirements

To mount, you need:

1. KN_RIDING Skill (Riding Level 1) - Learned by Knights and Crusaders

2. Visit the Universal Rental NPC in Prontera

How to Mount

1. Go to Prontera (130, 201)

2. Talk to the Universal Rental NPC

3. Your mount will be automatically assigned based on your job class:

   • Rune Knights receive a Dragon mount

   • All other knight-type classes receive a Pecopeco mount

4. To dismount, talk to the NPC again while mounted

Tips

• You cannot use skills that require dismounting while mounted

• Some skills receive bonuses or penalties while mounted

• Spear-type weapons deal increased damage while mounted on a Pecopeco

• Rune Knight's Dragon Breath skills are enhanced while on a Dragon mount
