Overview
The Cursed Nephilim can transform ordinary water into 
Cursed Water, a powerful consumable that enchants your weapon with Shadow property. However, you must first prove your worth to his subordinate Reamnu before gaining access to this dark power.
How It Works
Complete the Unlock Quest - Provide rare materials to Reamnu (one-time)
Exchange for Cursed Water - Trade materials to Cursed Nephilim (repeatable)
Part 1: Unlock Quest (One-Time)
Speak to Reamnu and provide the following materials to unlock access to the Cursed Nephilim:

Crystals of Darkness are the hardest material to farm - Incarnation of Morocc spawns in Dimensional Gorge and Morocc area

The unlock is account-wide, so all characters on your account can access the exchange
Cursed Water enchants your weapon with Shadow property for 3 minutes
