Permanently increase your character's weight capacity by up to 2,000 through Gym Training

Overview
Train with Ripped Cabus to permanently increase your character's weight carrying capacity. Each training session grants +200 weight capacity, and you can train up to 10 times for a maximum bonus of +2,000 weight capacity.
How It Works
The quest has two parts:
Get a Gym Pass - Trade materials to Muscle Trainee to receive a
Gym PassTrain with Ripped Cabus - Use your Gym Pass to gain +200 weight capacity permanently
Part 1: Obtaining the Gym Pass

Speak to Muscle Trainee and provide the following materials to receive 1

Gym Pass in your inventory and select "Yes" to begin training.

Restoring Lost Weight Bonuses
If your weight capacity bonus is lost (e.g., due to character restoration or other issues), speak to Ripped Cabus and select "Um, my workouts wore off." to restore your previously earned weight bonuses without needing additional Gym Passes.

Tips
Tangled Chains are the hardest material to obtain due to the low drop rate from Disguise monsters
Fragment of Rossata Stone drops from the MVP Amon Ra in Sphinx dungeons
Plan ahead and collect materials for all 10 Gym Passes if you want the full +2,000 weight bonus
The weight bonus is permanent and persists through job changes
